Cancellation Policy:

  • Eligibility for Cancellation: Customers may cancel a service before payment has been made. Retainer clients must provide 30 days' notice before the next billing cycle to cancel their subscription.

  • Subscription/Reservation Cancellation: Customers must cancel within 30 days of the next month’s renewal date.

  • Cancellation Fees: There are no cancellation fees if cancellations are made within the appropriate time frame. One-off services must be canceled before the service has been provided for a full refund.
